Remote House Cleansing · Boise, Idaho

The Situation
Lois reached out to us from Boise, Idaho as she prepared for an important life transition.
At 92 years old, Lois had recently purchased a new home together with her son and daughter-in-law. The plan was to move in together and make this house their shared, long-term home.
Before moving in, Lois noticed something that concerned her. While walking through the house, she felt a heaviness concentrated in the kitchen and living room — the very spaces meant for nourishment, connection, and daily life. The feeling made her uncomfortable and uncertain, and she wanted the home to feel welcoming before beginning this new chapter.
She asked for a remote house cleansing to help clear the space and prepare it energetically for their family.
What We Found
When we tuned into the home, nothing harmful or hostile was present. Instead, the house showed signs of residual patterns and unfinished transition — something we see often in homes that have held long chapters of life or multiple roles over time.
The kitchen and living room, which form the heart of the home, were carrying the most weight. These spaces often hold the emotional memory of a house, especially when it has previously supported caretaking, responsibility, or long-term routines.
In simple terms, the house had not yet fully reset itself for its new occupants.
The Focus of the Clearing
The remote house cleansing focused on three main areas:
Releasing old patterns still embedded in shared living spaces
Helping the house recognize its new household and purpose
Completing the transition from the past into present time
This work was done gently and respectfully, allowing the home to let go of what it no longer needed while aligning fully with the people who would now live there.

Integration and Welcome
After the clearing, Lois and her family completed a welcome ceremony in the home, marking the beginning of this new chapter together.
We later heard back from Lois, who shared that the house felt lighter and more at ease. The discomfort she had felt before was gone, and most importantly, she no longer felt apprehensive about moving in.
The house now felt ready to be her forever home.
A Note on Shared Homes
When multiple generations move into a home together, it’s especially important that the space feels settled, clear, and supportive for everyone involved.
A house that has been energetically welcomed and aligned often feels calmer, quieter, and easier to live in — allowing relationships and daily life to unfold more smoothly.
Closing
This clearing was not about removing anything negative. It was about completion, clarity, and welcome — helping a home release the past and fully open itself to the people who will live there now.
